Heidi Brendemihl
Managing Director, Real Estate
Heidi has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate investing and asset management. She joined Pasadena Private Real Estate in 2024 to focus on strategic investments in commercial real estate. Her extensive experience encompasses a wide range of real estate product types and transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, recapitalizations, fund management, refinancing, and renovation projects.
Prior to joining Pasadena Private Real Estate, Heidi worked at a family office in Denver developing apartment and industrial projects in the Central West and Southwest as well as overseeing asset management and finding new investment opportunities. Prior to her Denver experience, Heidi was located in Texas and worked for several different companies including Goldman Sachs and JPI focusing on multiple types of multi-family investing and development, including high-rise, garden style, and student living properties.
Heidi grew up in Dallas, Texas and received a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Texas at Austin. She is enjoying relocating to Pasadena and is leveraging the deep experience of the team at Pasadena Private Financial Group to expand the real estate platform.
